Krakow is the second largest Polish city with the highest rate of demand for warehouse space. It is the headquarters of many global corporations that in recent years have chosen Krakow for their service centers or factories. A variety of industries are developing in the vicinity of Krakow, including pharmaceuticals, tobacco, building materials production, food processing, steel production and the service sector.
The property in question is located in a service and industrial area. There is currently no local development plan for the area. The property is located in Nowa Huta district, in the northern part of Krakow. It is located in close proximity to the traffic route
street Kocmyrzowska and national road No. 776 with the direction to Proszowice. Also in close proximity is the main route of national road No. 79 between Warsaw – Sandomierz – Krakow. Access to the property is from the south directly from Lovinsky Street without restriction.
Surrounding the property are similar developments with commercial functions: office and service, manufacturing and warehousing. The property is the former base of Przedsiębiorstwo “RUCH” S.A.
The site has been developed with a production facility with logistics and warehouse functions with modern administrative facilities. The property consists of plots of land No. 392/1 and 161/8 with a total area of 10,480sqm.
The facility has been adapted for warehouse operations, offering future customers convenient logistics solutions in the form of a large freight crane, an unloading ramp, landscaping with maneuverability for delivery trucks including TIRs with an administrative section in a modern arrangement, an extensive ICT system and an external fuel tank. The attractiveness of this location is characterized primarily by the ease of access to national roads.
