The "Downtown" shopping center is a retail facility established in 2014, located in the city center.

A city and municipality in western Poland, in Lubuskie province. Zary is the 4th largest city in the province. They are also the largest city in the Polish part of Lower Lusatia, and for this reason, among others, they are called the capital of the region.

The property is located at the intersection of Podchorążych and Ułańska streets, which makes it extremely attractive in terms of logistics. In the neighborhood there are grocery operators such as BIEDRONKA, LIDL, TESCO and KAUFLAND. About 200 m from the building there is a STATOIL Gas Station.

The land property consists of two plots of land numbered 57 and 55/1 with a total area of 2,523 sqm. The plot is developed with a service and commercial building of the “Downtown” shopping center.
