The investment is the purchase of a historic palace building from the 16th century. located in Krakow, at Szlak Street, Old Town. The palace building is the former Montelupich Manor, commonly known as “Tarnowski Palace.” The palace with its surrounding garden is located on the northern side of Krakow’s Old Town, near Floriańska Gate and the Barbican, within the historical urban layout of the Kleparz district.

The property in question is located in Krakow, at Szlak Street, Old Town. The property is located in the downtown development quarter, bounded by Szlak, Pędzichów, Św. Filipa, Warszawska. Surrounding the property are compact downtown buildings, mostly from the early 20th century. Along Szlak Street itself, the predominant buildings are 20th-century townhouses. In the immediate vicinity, on the opposite side of the street. The trail from the north – there are buildings of the Krakow University of Technology, from the south the neighborhood is J. Kurka Park. On the eastern side in the immediate vicinity at. Warszawska Street and the planned extension of Pawia Street, the Galeria Krakowska is located, as well as the Krakow Communication Center with the historic hall of the Krakow Central Railway Station, along with the platforms and the underground and overground passages connecting them, the Regional Bus Station. The distance of the plots from the historic Market Square is about 750 meters in a straight line. On the north side at a distance of approx. 200 runs through Aleja Trzech Wieszczów the first ring road of the city center, providing convenient access to the property. Basic commercial and service facilities in the immediate vicinity. On Szlak Street, small commercial and service facilities are located in the first floors of tenement houses.

During the Nazi occupation, the palace housed the Hitlerjugend headquarters. After World War II, the building was taken from the congregation and in 1950 it became the headquarters of Radio Krakow until 1998. Since then, the building has stood empty and deteriorated.

We are immensely pleased to be in possession of a historic building, which thanks to us has a chance to regain its former splendor and palace character and, above all, we can salvage its previous history, at the same time inscribing and creating a new one.

The company is already planning revitalization work on both the building and part of the park, once and for all getting rid of the current reputation, which is not very interesting and does not match such a magnificent monument.
