About the investment
Our new investment is the purchase of a plot of land for the construction of a multi-apartment building on St. Bagrowa in the most rapidly developing part of Krakow.
The project is located in the immediate vicinity of the lagoon on the Bagry. In the immediate vicinity there is a beach, a swimming area, bicycle paths, walking paths, playgrounds, volleyball and basketball courts, a brine graduation tower, a boat landing, food truck squares.
Our development is located in the heart of the full infrastructure necessary for the functioning of residents. In the vicinity of the project there are kindergartens, nurseries, a health center, stores including Lidl and Biedronka, beauty salons, hairdressing salons a chain of catering establishments and many others.
The biggest advantage of our property is the well-developed communication with both the city center and the Krakow bypass.
Currently, we are at the stage of proceeding with a multi-discipline project to obtain a PnB.
