About the investment

Olkusz is a city in Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Olkusz County.

One of the centers of zinc-lead ore mining in Poland (Olkusz Pomorzany mine, “Boleslaw” Mining and Metallurgical Plant in Bukowno nearby), Emalia SA crockery factory, OWENT fan factory, small industry and crafts; local trade and cultural center.

The property (former Dom Handlowy “Skarbek”) is located on Króla Kazimierza Wielkiego street – one of the significant commercial and service streets in Olkusz. This is the main street where such institutions as the Olkusz District Court, ING Bank Slaski, Post Office, Bus Station, Railway Station and many others are located. In the vicinity of the facility is the City Market and the railway and bus stations.

The building of the former “Skarbek” has been generally modernized and today it is an adornment of K.K.Wielkiego Street, where residents eagerly run daily errands and families attend shopping.

There is a bus stop in front of the building, which undoubtedly adds to the attractiveness of the location.
